Very simple! Contact us using the contact form or call at 073- 440 0300. We will talk through your financing request with you and estimate its chances of success. You can share additional information such as your annual figures with us via e-mail. If we expect to place your request with one of our investors or in the WDL 1st Mortgage Fund, we will issue an indicative proposal within 1 business day, free of charge, including expected rates, terms and fees. Upon acceptance of this proposal, we aim to secure financing for you within two weeks, after which we will prepare the loan documentation for you. If you have not obtained a commitment within two weeks, after the final analysis, you will not be held to anything and no fees will be charged.

Do our financing check via the Homepage. We are here for business financing between €100,000 to €50,000,000.
To the following target groups:

We evaluate your request based on our assessment of your ability to pay the finance charges. We do this through a personal assessment of you as an entrepreneur, business and market expectations and a financial analysis focusing on future cash flows.

Through our Direct Lending proposition, we offer access to a large network of investors interested in providing financing to SMEs or real estate investors. These include (former) entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, family funds and corporations. With our funds (the WDL^1st Mortgage Fund and the WDL High Yield Fund), WDL has the mandate to lend.
The typology of investors in these funds is similar to that of WDL Direct Lending.
These include (former) entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, family offices, insurers and institutional investors.

The interest rate varies between 7% and 14% per year, depending on the risk profile of your company and the quality of the available collateral.
On the basis of an intake interview and a Quick Scan of your company, we will provide you with an indicative proposal, without obligation and free of charge, within a few working days, including the expected rates, conditions and costs.

We do not finance consumers. Financing should be business in nature. This means financing to a:

• (Dutch) legal entity registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
• (Dutch) sole proprietorship or V.O.F. with registration with the Chamber of Commerce.
• Box III investment property in private from a professional investor.
