How does applying for business financing work?

Very simple! Contact us using the contact form or call at 073- 440 0300. We will discuss the financing request with you and estimate the chances of success. You can share additional details such as annual figures with us via e-mail.

If we expect to place the request with one of our investors or in the WDL 1st Mortgage Fund, we will issue an indicative proposal within 1 business day, free of charge, including expected rates, terms and fees.

Upon acceptance of this proposal, we aim to obtain security of financing within two weeks, after which we prepare the loan documentation.

If you have not obtained a commitment within two weeks, after the final analysis, you will not be held to anything and no fees will be charged.
