Which lenders does WDL work with?

Through our Direct Lending proposition, we offer access to a large network of investors interested in providing financing to SMEs or real estate investors. These include (former) entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, family funds and corporations.

With our funds (the WDL1st Mortgage Fund and the WDL High Yield Fund), WDL has the mandate to make loans. The typology of investors in these funds is similar to that of WDL Direct Lending. These include (former) entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, family offices, insurers and institutional investors.
