The financing specialist is the lynchpin of the financing process at WDL Credit Funds. Quick scans of financing requests that come in directly or through intermediaries, financial, business and market analyses and structuring the financing are important tasks. You will do this not only from the office/home office, but also at the borrower’s location, working closely with the entire team at WDL Credit Funds.

You are responsible for:

• Preparing quotes in consultation with account managers and investor relations manager.
• Structuring a company’s financing through analysis and discussions with parties.
• Making (financial) analyses and models in order to arrive at a solution to the client’s issue.
• Drafting an opinion to persuade investors and/or a fund manager internally at WDL.
• Persuading by word and text of the based on the available information and knowledge.
• Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities with existing and potential new customers.
• Management of loans both regular management and intensive/special management.

Profile:

• Relevant experience (5 to 15 years) in corporate lending as a corporate finance consultant, finance broker, finance specialist or corporate account manager.
• HBO / WO working and thinking level.
• Knowledge of regular Office package functions.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch language.
• Are available 36-40 hours per week of which at least 3 days per week at the office in Veghel
