Financing within one day!

A relationship of WDL Credit Funds purchased two business properties for lease. When the “own funds” were transferred, it turned out that those funds were not fully liquid. Mistake? Yes indeed! But now what? The purchase could no longer be delayed. The seller did not want a delay and the tenants of the properties were already eager. Disappointing them and losing the 10% deposit was also not an attractive alternative. The relationship in question is very well known to us. What can we do?
