Finance your rental property? It can be done through WDL Credit Funds

The financing specialists at WDL Credit Funds will look with you at ways to make it happen. What are factors in this?

  • The LTV ratio (the amount of financing expressed as a percentage of the loan). Financing up to 80% LTV is possible, especially with good cash flow.
  • Leases to create cash flow to meet interest and principal obligations. This includes the quality and distribution of tenants.
  • The location, alternative uses and marketability of the property.
  • Other issues surrounding yourself as a borrower that affect fundability.

The result of this analysis is presented in a report that allows WDL Credit Funds’ member investors to form an opinion of the loan being offered. They can then subscribe to this if they wish. WDL Credit Funds then creates the information needed for a verbal agreement, any discussions with the investor, legal documentation and collects monthly interest and principal on behalf of the investor.
