The alternative to unpredictable banking processes when applying for financing.

It is a common problem when purchasing commercial real estate or acquiring businesses. After long negotiations, a contract of sale or LOI is drawn up. Then a quick estimate of the financing process is made and the end date of the financing reservation is fixed. The start of the financing process runs smoothly and all necessary information is quickly delivered to the relevant lender. Who still has questions about it, wants additional information, long processing times from handlers and oh yes, the fiat department is busy. And then a problem arises! It usually does not produce sensitivity when a small extension is requested. But sometimes they do. And then a big problem arises! Blowing off deal that has already cost so much time, money and energy? Taking on the risk of non-financing? Pooh! This is too great a risk for many SMEs. Often entrepreneurs lean too much on just their home banker. There is, of course, a chance that those will say “no” or “not say yes in a timely enough manner.” The unpredictability of banking processes is relatively high we know as finance specialists.

Now what?

Within 2 business days we will have done a Quick Scan, reject the financing request or give you an indicative proposal. Quick clarity. The indicative proposal contains the terms and conditions at which we expect our member investors will want to finance.
Do you agree? Then we have commitment to close the deal if we can achieve a committed proposal equal to the indicative proposal within 2 weeks.
We dive deeper into the analysis to properly describe the financing case to an investor.
We look for an investor and create concept documentation. If both parties agree then a signature can be put on it and the financing is assured.
